How does a principal view the teacher's responses?

Once the principal views the notification that the teacher has engaged in activity that is pertinent to the Observation, s/he will most likely want to read the teacher's responses to the pre-conference prompts.

The previous article covered the notification that is displayed about the teacher's activity that is related to the observation, and specifically to the pre-conference prompts. The article left off with the step that describes how to view the responses. This article will provide information about how the principal actually views the responses that the teacher wrote.

To view a teacher's responses that are written for a pre-conference prompt, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Pre tab.
  2. Make sure the sub-tab called Responses and Notes is active.
  3. In the Prompt Responses section of the page, the principal can read each prompt and its corresponding response that appears in its own unique gray field.
