Why can't I login?
Your district has not yet loaded its Evaluation Framework
Before you can start using eVAL, your district must select the Evaluation Framework to us for evaluations.
If you are a teacher you will not be able to login until your district has selected the Evaluation Framework for Teacher Evaluations.
If you are a principal you will not be able to login until your district has either selected the Evaluation Framework for Teacher Evaluations (allows you to evaluate teachers) or the Evaluation Framework for Principal Evaluations (allows you to work on your self-evaluation).
Your district has not yet setup your evaluator/eval cycle.
Because so many components of your evaluation are dependent on your account having these items set, we need to prevent access to eVAL if these are not setup.
