Email Notifications are only sent between evaluators and evaluatees.
If a district is using eVAL to perform principal evaluations, then principals may receive email notifications from their evaluator and teachers they are evaluating.
To configure which events you want to receive an email notification for, click on the Accounts link (see arrow in the screenshot below) on the top navigation bar.
There are three options for notification email:
- Off: do not send an email notification for this event.
- Immediate: send an email notification immediately for this event.
- Daily: send a daily digest email summarizing all of the events for the day.
High priority events, that require action on the part of the recipient, default to being sent immediately, but can be changed to your preference.
